So for the past many months, I have been suffering from a form of Acid Reflux called LPR.
I have tried a million wierd things for this condition, except the one obvious one, quitting smoking.
So last week I had cut down from 20 cigs a day to ten before relapsing to my normal pack a day after 8 days.
Finally I finished Reading Allan Carrs Easy Way to quit smoking and now am making a serious attempt. Two days ago I had smoked 20 cigs. Yesterday 3, and I was drunk at some point.
Today, so far, zero. Of course these broken promises always depress you so lets not get to excited. I have so many awful symptoms right now that I am hoping will go away with a few days of not smoking. Of course, many people have awful immune reactions when they quit, but I couldn't feel much worse.
I coped with a couple of cravings from walking around outside. I'm supposed to yell yippee!
